Greenie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup spinach
1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup ice
1 green kiwifruit
2 dates, pitted
1/4 cup cashews
1 cup coconut water

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass.
