Quick Brownie in a Mug

INGREDIENTS

1 banana, mashed
1/4 cup nut butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp cacao
Dollop of coconut yoghurt, to serve
Fresh fruit, to serve

DIRECTIONS

Mix the banana and nut butter in a bowl.

Then add the cacao and baking powder mix to combine. Grease a mug or small bowl with olive oil. Add the mixture and microwave for 2 minutes.

TIP: If you don't have a microwave you can bake in the oven at 180C for about 10-15 minutes.

Serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and some fresh fruit.
