Winter Fruits Porridge

INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1 cup oats
1 cup winter fruit, finley chopped
1 cup of plant milk (almond, coconut, oat)
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
OPTIONS FOR TOPPING:
Dates, chopped
Nut butter
Chia seeds
Coconut
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
In a pan combine the oats, water, milk and fruit. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, uncovered, or until the oats have absorbed all the water. Stir through honey (optional).
Separate the porridge into two bowls and top each with the toppings of choice.
